A fun and effective puppy training program for pet parents and their new family member. Our expert trainers Sarah and Kim from Yaletown Dog Training not only help with puppy socialization, basic commands and skills, but also behavioral issues using positive approach training techniques. Both are graduates of The Academy of Dog Training's very rigorous 2 year program. More info can be found here: Academy for Dog Trainers.
barking babies™ Puppy Classes:
- For puppies aged 8 - 16 weeks (adult teeth start to form after 16 weeks)
- Average 3-5 dogs per class to allow for individual attention
- 4 classes - Once per week with homework - start dates below
- Class focus is on early socialization and challenges like barking, biting, house training, etc.
- Classes held in our safe secure (and fun!) environment
- barking babies™ trainers are fully accredited and use positive reinforcement techniques
- Animal Kind Certified by BCSPCA

Our goal is to give new pet parents the tools they need to ensure a well-adjusted, calm and happy puppy. To get the full benefits of the course, practicing at home during the week is vital.
Join other pups to foster good socialization skills and provide great mental stimulation for your new puppy!

Classes are held at barking babies (1188 Homer Street, Vancouver).

vaccines required to attend
Puppies must have had the first set of vaccines and puppy must be de-wormed 1 week prior to first class.
Vaccination certification must be presented at the start of class, or via email prior to first class.
Please do not bring puppy to class if they are ill.

We hold themed events aimed at socializing dogs; with a little fashion on the side, of course.
